Development and approval of technical documentation

After experts have studied object and have specified the technical project with the client, the Head of the project puts a problem to technologists and designers on working out of Technology on service and diagnostics, the Project of manufacturing works (PMW), drawings on technological equipment. Then the Project Manager coordinates PMW with the client and, if necessary, the Technology for installation/dismantling.

At the same time with the approval of PMW (the project of manufacturing works), the project manager solves the issues with the manufacture of technological equipment, team training, and its equipment with the necessary tools and staff protective equipment. After PMW is coordinated with the client, the project manager prepares an assembly site for work, places the equipment, cabins with the tool, checks safety conditions, solves different organizational questions with finding a team in the client's territory.
