When all organizational questions are solved, the crane operator with slingers start loading and unloading works, the head of loading and unloading works places load-lifting mechanisms according to PMW (the project of manufacturing works) and makes necessary cargo operations. After the completion of loading and unloading operations, special equipment is repositioned from the client's facility back to the contractor's base.
